How do I obtain my free yearly credit report from the major credit agencies. I have heard that a law was passed and all agencies were to provide a persons credit report free once a year. I have encountered several websites claiming to be free but there are none that i have yet to come across. I do not have a bank account to paypal any of these credit report sites. I use the same site mentioned by others. You also want to get the scores, which are not free, but worth the $6 to $8 each that they cost. Do you have a debit card? They’ll take that.
You can also go to the individual sites…Experian.com, Transunion.com and Equifax.com.
